With cumulative experience of over 100 years, CGC sets out to accomplish a new way of doing construction projects. 

It all started with a group of individuals seeking better management and control in an industry that consisted primarily of subcontractors.  Early on we noticed that all subcontractors are not created equal.  We wanted people with a voice, people who were specialists in their field, and leaders who could effectively manage and represent each area of construction.

That early evaluation was the nuts and bolts of a concept that would become the company that would do things differently.  It was determined that we would build a company based on values not bottom lines.  We would become a company based on integrity not corruption. We would build a team that took pride in their work and actually cared about the results.  We would build a team that led where others only followed.  We would build a team that would do the right thing when nobody was watching.  That team we built is CGC Pros.

Through the formation of a corporation built on integrity and ethics, offering ownership, shares and profit sharing to it’s managers and technicians, incentive and excellence is sure to always be in the forefront. 

As the company has grown with all construction trades represented, we determined that divisions should be established to effectively utilize each trade in the construction industry.

CGC Contracting is the division that represents remodeling, restorations, renovations.  It is the division that also represents all new construction projects.  Though each entity represents its own area of construction and has its own specialized technicians, some subcontractors and technicians cross over.  No matter what division you are dealing with, you are guaranteed a quality technician who cares about the project and its outcome.

On paper, we may appear to be relatively new to the industry, but in reality we are seasoned business owners representing over 100 years of combined experience in every area of construction.
